RN Pre/Post Procedures/Surgery - Per Diem

Role: Provides proficient direct patient care within an ophthalmology setting, ensuring safety, optimal outcomes, and resource utilization. Key Responsibilities Performs and documents pre/post-procedure assessments, evaluations, and patient education. Responds effectively to life-threatening situations following nursing protocols. Delivers complex nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Assessing learning needs of patients and families, providing appropriate education. Demonstrates critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Minimum 6 months RN experience or completion of a fellowship program. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to work independently, handle stressful situations, and adapt quickly.
