HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL)

Duties
You will review enlistment applications and processes actions involving complex and unusual procedures (e.g., applications for special assignments, schools and requests for service histories of former military for reenlistment eligibility).
You will review forms, documents, and other related information from enlisted applicants and constructs initial electronic enlisted service records.
You will submit Service Processing For (SPF) changes for applicants who originally processed for another branch of service.
You will identify required enlistment waivers, prepare waiver briefing sheets and assemble needed documentation (e.g., medical reports, dependent birth certificates, police record checks, court documents, applicant statements, etc.).
You will maintain required forms, electronic records, and files pertaining to enlisted applicants (to include additions, revisions, or deletions).
