Senior Storage Engineer

To enhance the performance and reliability of a multi-region storage ecosystem, the full-time Senior Storage Engineer will design, implement, and maintain distributed storage deployments while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own capacity, durability, availability, and performance characteristics of various storage systems Tune the full I/O path and diagnose performance issues end to end Write production code for storage control-plane services and automate operations Required qualifications: 8+ years in infrastructure, storage, or systems engineering with experience in production storage at scale Deep knowledge of at least one distributed storage system (e.g., Ceph, MinIO, Lustre) Strong understanding of Linux internals and storage-stack components Proficiency in writing production code in Go, Python, or similar languages Experience with observability tooling and performance analysis in production environments
