Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Rochester, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Rochester is a neighboring community to the Springfield metropolitan area. It is a cozy community, with its own park, bike trail, restaurants, and wineries. It offers an excellent school district and quick access to Springfield for more to see and do.

Practice Highlights:

• Well established, growing practice.
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week.
• 100% Outpatient Practice.
• Strong support staff provided.
• EPIC EMR.

Position Requirements:

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start.
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility.

Core Function: Provider

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• 2 year base guarantee.
• Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available.
• Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency.
• 20 days off + 6 holidays per year.
• CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year.
• Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses.

Visa Status: Able to support H1B visa, unable to support J1 visas.

Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656

Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications:

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications:

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
