We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. Our sales team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and processes. The sales aim team to achieve company targets, build strong relationships with key clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Other responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between U.S. operations and overseas teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment on project status, timelines, and customer requirements. 
• Collaborate with customers to support long-term business strategies, including localization initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand business relationships. 
• Prepare and manage projectrelated documentation, including quotations, pricing proposals, and customer communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Analyze sales and operational data to monitor project performance and identify trends. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations in all client-facing and sales-related activities. 

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication
• English or related field with 12 months of experience as Sales or Account Manager or related 
• Expertise in negotiating deals and closing sales
• Knowledge of the US Suppliers and associated applications
• Excellent negotiation, planning, delegation and organizational skill
• 40hr/wk, 9am-5pm.
