As a Bilingual Client Support Specialist (Spanish/English) at Meals on Wheels Western Michigan, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will be the friendly voice behind our support team, helping clients and their families navigate our services with care and professionalism.

In This Role You Will:

• Align with our mission and values as an organization.
• Provide outstanding customer phone and email support to seniors and their families. in both English and Spanish.
• Accurately document client interactions using the company database.
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on community well-being.

Experience Preferred

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Working with the elderly: 1 year
• Data entry: 1 year
• Phone-based client service: 1 year
