Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Glendale, CA

Candidates with a background in both traditional and teletherapy platforms, as well as recent graduates or Clinical Fellows (CFY), are encouraged to apply.


Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an SLP in the applicable state
• Practical experience in schools or pediatric healthcare settings is valued
• Familiarity with IEP processes is ideal, though not required
• Experience supporting students with AAC devices highly preferred
• Competency with healthcare and school-based SLP practices, including teletherapy

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive communication and swallowing assessments for students
• Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with each individual's needs and goals
• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and cognitive therapies
• Track student progress and adapt treatment as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, healthcare providers, and families
• Document services, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
