As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Examiner in Silverdale, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through proper site communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned parts of the location to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and support with de-escalation, directional assistance, and other security-related concerns as needed.
• Document routine activities, unusual conditions, and incident information, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
