Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans.

• Timely documentation of case notes, treatment progress, and compliance with all regulatory standards is essential.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions as per recommendations from the clinical team.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively participate in accreditation and licensing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships within our team and with external partners to promote organizational goals.
\n
• Engage in networking with local, state, and federal entities to foster collaborations and explore funding opportunities for program enhancement.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, conferences, and active participation in task forces that align with your area of expertise.

• Complete any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to help advance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals suffering from various mental health conditions, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients facing developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential for this position.

• An active, independent LMHC license is required, enabling you to practice in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
