Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress throughout treatment plans, adjusting approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to create comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with healthcare providers for clients who may require hospital admission, ensuring smooth transitions and continued support.

• Identify, address, and prevent behaviors that may hinder clients' recovery, implementing strategies to encourage positive change.

• Engage and support family members and primary caregivers, providing them with tools and interventions to effectively manage their loved ones' mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client engagements will span a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive practices are upheld. As a counselor, your work will play a critical role in empowering clients to overcome barriers to their mental health and achieve long-lasting emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience in a mental health counseling role, with a focus on providing therapeutic support and intervention.

• In-depth understanding of psychotropic medications and their effects, enabling you to monitor client responses effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 101,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity.
