Staff Accountant

What You'll Do: Responsible for setting up vendor records in Aderant and inputting the correct 1099 classification. Accurately entering invoices into Aderant; manually or through import. Administering the review, approval, export, and import of all Chrome River Invoices and Expenses. Administering the Firm MasterCard program and performing the monthly statement reconciliation through Chrome River. Preparing payment schedules for domestic vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and foreign vendor invoices. Voiding checks when requested, reissuing when necessary. Researching client and/or firm charges as requested, responding to vendor/staff in a timely fashion. Reconciling vendor accounts in the event of a payment misapplication. Reconciling USPTO account on a monthly basis. Other duties as assigned. What Experience You'll Have: Associate's degree or equivalent. Related experience in business, accounting, or finance. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Minimum of two years accounts payable experience. Law firm experience is preferred, but not necessary to apply. Aderant, Elite, and/or Emburse Enterprise (Chrome River) systems experience is preferred, but not necessary to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vernovis
