Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify individual care needs and suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional issues related to aging, including grief, loss, and transitions.

Your primary focus will be on seniors dealing with significant life changes and emotional issues arising from aging, such as loss of loved ones, health transitions, and adapting to new life circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, emphasizing your readiness to engage with a diverse population.

• Eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington.

• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required for occasional community engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Additional compensation includes monthly productivity bonuses based on performance metrics and client outcomes.
