Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a hands‑on maintenance professional to manage day‑to‑day operations in the F&A area, stewarding departmental processes, budgets, staffing and inventory controls. You will oversee cleanliness in dish rooms, kitchens, bar areas, back docks, and night cleaning in line with health department policy and Omni standards.
