Role Description This full-time Sales and Marketing Representative role is a hybrid position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The representative will manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and conducting showroom or site visits to presenting product options, preparing quotes, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the project. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives such as promoting products, participating in events, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. The representative will collaborate closely with operations to align customer expectations with delivery timelines and quality standards. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues. Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships. Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including lead generation, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing opportunities. Experience in Sales & Marketing activities, such as promotional campaigns, events, and basic digital outreach. Ability to provide Training or product education to customers, partners, or new team members when needed. Familiarity with or interest in natural stone, construction, interiors, or home improvement is beneficial. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation for on-site visits within the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
