Alliance Home Health Care & Nursing Services in the West Metro area of Minnesota is seeking a full-time, salaried Registered Nurse to own Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC) and recertification visits. You will manage your field schedule, routing and visit sequencing within required OASIS timeframes, reporting to the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning with physicians and families, and timely documentation in KanTime EMR. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alliance Home Health Care & Nursing Services
