Job Description We are recruiting a temporary Receptionist for our client in the Carmichael area to cover a leave. The Receptionist is responsible for providing front-office support, resident assistance, calendar management, data entry, and administrative duties for a residential community. The ideal candidate will have professional office receptionist/administrative experience, exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and strong technical skills (MS Office Suite).
- Pay: $33/hour
- Location: Carmichael, CA (onsite)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Serve as receptionist: greet visitors, answer phones, and assist residents.
- Maintain master calendar, resident logs, lists, and directories.
- Monitor office supply inventory and operate office equipment.
- Respond to emergency calls and notify staff as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- May receive monthly rents, prepare deposits, and maintain records.
- Keep common areas tidy and complete assigned administrative tasks.
- 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience in an office environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong administrative and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage calendars, records, and front-desk operations.
- Comfortable working with residents, visitors, and staff.
- Reliable, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
