Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultant

Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultant

Miami, Florida | Full-Time | Office-Based

$55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Looking to start a career in sales?

You might have just graduated, have some experience in sales or retail, or simply be looking for a career where you can actually see where your hard work can take you.

At InterEx Group, we’re growing our Miami team and looking for ambitious people who want to build a career in sales and recruitment .

You don’t need recruitment experience.

You don’t need to know everything about the tech industry.

What we’re looking for is someone who is competitive, confident, resilient, coachable and motivated to succeed.

What is 360 recruitment?

Think of it as a sales role where you’re building your own network and, eventually, your own book of business.

You’ll be speaking to candidates and businesses every day, building relationships, developing new business, negotiating, closing deals and working towards clear targets.

The better you perform, the more you can earn and the quicker you can progress.

What will you actually be doing?

You’ll learn how to:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients across specialist technology markets
• Pick up the phone and confidently speak to new people
• Source and engage high-quality candidates
• Develop new business and build your own client relationships
• Understand what businesses are looking for when they hire
• Negotiate and close deals
• Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement
• Work towards clear weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build your own specialist market and become an expert in it

Who are we looking for?

We hire for potential , not the finished article.

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have recently graduated or have some early career experience
• Want to build a career in sales
• Are financially motivated and like the idea of uncapped earning potential
• Have a competitive side and enjoy working towards targets
• Are comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people
• Can deal with setbacks and keep going
• Want feedback and genuinely act on it
• Enjoy being around ambitious people
• Want a career where progression is based on what you achieve

Maybe you’ve played competitive sport, worked in retail, hospitality or another target-driven environment, been part of a fraternity or sorority, held a leadership position or simply always been the person who sets themselves goals.

A sporting background isn’t essential, but it would be of interest to us. We’re also interested in people who live structured and disciplined lives outside of work, whether that’s through training, sport, personal goals or other commitments.

We’re interested in the mindset behind your experience.

Why InterEx Group?

Starting a new career can be daunting, which is exactly why development is such a big part of what we offer.

You’ll get:

• $55,000 base salary + uncapped commission
• 12-week structured training programme
• Ongoing 1:1 coaching and development
• Clear, performance-based career progression
• Performance incentives and rewards
• International opportunities
• The opportunity to specialise in high-growth technology markets
• Hands-on support from experienced recruiters and leaders
• The chance to build your own desk and take real ownership of your career

We don’t expect you to walk through the door knowing how to recruit.

We’ll teach you that.

What we can’t teach is the drive to want more for yourself.

If you’re in Miami and looking for an entry-level sales career where your earning potential and progression are directly linked to your performance, we’d love to speak to you.
