Location: Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-Site

Total Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 1st Year OTE

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor , building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.

What We Offer

• $40,000 base salary + competitive uncapped commission structure
• $70,000-$85,000+ OTE for first year consultants
• $120,000+ OTE for second year consultants

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Business Development

• Create and foster relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and become a trusted partner for their staffing needs
• Advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate deals and place candidates into exciting opportunities

Sourcing Candidates

• Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you)
• Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.

Running Your Own Book of Business

• Monitor activity, placements, and revenue performance to maximize results and earnings.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve team goals and celebrate shared success.
• Drive your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
• Put simply: win clients, source candidates, do deals, make money .
