Certified Salesforce Administrator/Developer

We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator/Developer who will work with a team of admins and developers. The candidate will be responsible for the setup and configuration and documentation of SHIELD tools in Salesforce, and for the completion and documentation of projects that increase the productivity and efficiency of the Salesforce Admin team. Good communication skills and the ability to complete deliverables in a timely fashion are necessary.

• Experience implementing approval processes
• Experience with strategies for implementing enhancements and fixes
• Experience converting Process Builder logic to Flows

Must Haves

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Familiarity with Salesforce SHIELD implementation
• Mulesoft Composer experience

Supporting Project/Initiative

• It is generally supporting the MIS team with regards to Salesforce initiatives. It is not supporting a specific project/initiative

Interview Process

• Teams/Zoom calls. Generally 1-2 rounds.

Work Schedule

• Remote
• No state preference – slight preference for Eastern or Central time zones.
• 8 hours/day, somewhere between 8 AM and 6 PM Eastern time.

Equipment

• My understanding is that they will get a CRD/client laptop.

Training

• Overview of our Salesforce environment and project list at the start – they would be jumping in by the end of the first week, certainly.

Day To Day

• Meeting with the team, and working on projects that will enhance the productivity and the efficiency of the team. Anticipate 1-2 hours of meeting/collaboration, and 6-7 hours of working on the projects.

Interview Availability

• Most weeks, Tuesday-Thursday between 10 AM and 3 PM Eastern time is a good slot. I am flexible, however.
