Marketing Communications Coordinator (Contractor)

Overview: The Marketing Communications Coordinator Contractor assists in the development and execution of a broad range of marketing communication projects to support marketing product managers, sales representatives and the company as a whole. Responsibilities: - Support development of effective brand awareness strategies to meet business objectives:
- Coordinate and manage review process
- Triage all incoming project requests via online system
- Manage incoming small to mid-size projects as directed by Marcom leaders
- Collaborate with vendors on graphic design, printing and fulfillment
- Update website, The Shop and Marketing App as necessary
- Support sales team by providing marketing collateral and responding to specific customer and field requests via The Shop and Solutions inboxes
- Triaging external material requests to appropriate sales teams
- Support Director of Communications on various strategic initiatives
- Manage promotional and marketing material inventory by coordinating with shipping and print vendors
- Act as brand ambassador for the company to ensure compliance and operational policies across all departments
- Expand job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and actively reading trade publications, blogs and websites
- Perform all duties in adherence to HIPPA requirements and Tactile Medical policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel up to 20%
Qualifications: Required: - BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications
- Previous experience with databases, CRM and Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience supporting product/campaign launches and/or implementation of marketing communications plans
Preferred: - Marketing experience in the medical device field
