Job: Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis-Real Estate

Ourclient,agrowingrealestatedevelopmentcompanyinBethesda MD,seeksaDirectorofFinancialReportingandAnalysis. Positionreportsdirectlytoexecutive management/ownership, and will work in tandem with the Controller who oversees day-to-day accounting operations. Role is both strategic and hands-on and will be responsible for ownership reporting, financial modeling and analysis, decision support, budgeting and forecasting, investments, cash flow management, and special projects. CPA and real estate industry experience required. Compensation currently targeted at $200K all-in max. This position requires 5 days a week in office. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital Search Group
