Front Desk Receptionist Bilingual EnglishSpanish

Woodlands Primary Healthcare is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our in‑person office team. This is an entry‑level position, and no experience is required. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working with patients in a fast‑paced medical office. Schedule and Pay Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending to 5:00 PM when needed. Location: In person. Pay: $13 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer phones and assist with patient questions. Schedule and confirm appointments. Verify and update patient information. Assist with front desk and basic administrative duties. Support the office team as needed. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented. Comfortable working in a medical office setting. No prior experience required.
