Account Executive

My client provides both Home Health and Home Care across Florida. Private duty, Medicare and other commercial insurances. They’re looking to add proven, experienced Account Executive in the sector to their team. The Company: Established presence in the Home Health and Home Care sector for over 15 years Operates across multiple Florida regions Provides both Medicare and Private Duty services Well-staffed operational teams, with a dedicated team to handle referrals promptly Several long-serving Sales Representatives Offers a high level of autonomy within the Sales role Strong focus on personality, motivation and the relationships candidates brings to the business The role: Develop new business and generate referrals across the assigned territory Build and maintain relationships with Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Independent Living Facilities (ILFs) and Hospitals Promote both Medicare and Private Duty services Utilise an existing book of business to develop referral opportunities Work closely with the operational team to ensure referrals are handled promptly Conduct welcome calls and complete initial paperwork following referrals Attend a weekly Sales meeting in the office Work towards an agreed quota, tailored according to base salary and book of business Home Health and/or Home Care sales experience An existing book of business is essential Proven ability to generate referrals and develop relationships Highly motivated and driven Strong personality and interpersonal skills Experience selling Medicare and/or Private Duty services Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively Basic salary up to $130,000, depending on experience and book of business Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) match Care Allowance Progression opportunities into Sales Leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
