Our team works together in person every day from our Austin office, moving quickly to develop ideas, close deals, and create opportunities that can meaningfully change our creators’ businesses. As a Talent Agent, you’ll help connect brands with creators by finding opportunities, developing ideas, and bringing partnerships to life. You’ll be involved in the work from the first conversation through the pitch, negotiation, and long-term growth of the relationship. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is hungry, resourceful, creative, and excited to build a career in the creator economy. You do not need previous experience in talent management or influencer marketing. We can teach you the industry. What matters most is that you communicate well, learn quickly, take ownership, and follow through. What You’ll Own Learn what a brand is trying to accomplish and who it wants to reach. Develop partnership ideas that connect brands with the right creators. Build relationships with brand and agency decision-makers, then pitch ideas and opportunities clearly. Manage an active pipeline and follow up with energy, consistency, and good judgment. Understand each creator’s audience, voice, and commercial value. Shape partnership concepts that feel right for the brand, the creator, and the audience. Negotiate partnership scope, pricing, usage, timelines, and other commercial terms. Turn first deals into larger, long-term brand relationships. Stay close to partnerships from pitch through handoff, then help identify renewal and expansion opportunities. Own revenue goals while bringing forward new ideas that create more opportunities for our creators.
