Are you an experienced dental receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Omaha, NE? Pacific Springs Dental is seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Eaglesoft
Verify insurance coverage and collect patient co-pays
Maintain patient records and update information as needed
Assist with billing and payment processing
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the dental field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
