Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fremont, CA within a manufacturing environment. This role is a strong fit for an HR professional with recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and employee support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace. The Human Resources Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruiting coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, onboarding preparation, and employee recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting and sourcing activities, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and applicant follow-up. Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating required documentation, and helping ensure a smooth employee start experience. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, applicant tracking information, and related documentation. Assist HR leadership and hiring managers with staffing updates, candidate pipelines, and general recruitment administration. Respond to employee and candidate inquiries in a professional, confidential, and timely manner. Support general HR projects, compliance-related tasks, and process improvements as needed. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $26.00 to $28.00 per year. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Location: Fremont, CA. For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, benefits include major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and any statutory sick pay where required.
