The Data Analytics team at Anaconda turns data into direction, translating CRM, product, and financial data into the insights that help our go-to-market, finance, and customer success teams make better decisions, faster. The Senior BI Analyst sits at the center of that momentum as a strategic thought partner to the business, owning complex analytical projects end-to-end and helping shape how we measure what matters across the company.

What You'll Do

• Technical Delivery
  • Design, build, and maintain production-grade dbt models and SQL pipelines in Snowflake for business-critical reporting.
  • Architect dashboards and analytical frameworks in OMNI to surface trends, anomalies, and actionable signals.
  • Own data quality end-to-end: design tests, enforce consistent metric definitions, identify upstream issues, and document assumptions.
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and triage ad hoc requests efficiently.
• Insight and Strategy
  • Deliver not just the numbers, but the editorial; surface what the data means and what the business should do about it.
  • Apply statistical methods (regression, cohort analysis, A/B test interpretation, time-series modeling) to uncover insights.
  • Lead ROI analyses and quantitative deep dives on strategic initiatives.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the data.
• Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner closely with finance, GTM, customer success, and marketing to understand measurement needs.
  • Help stakeholders ask better questions over time and shape their thinking about data.
  • Contribute to a shared knowledge base by documenting models, data dictionaries, and analytical approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or a closely related function.
• Advanced SQL proficiency: complex joins, window functions, query optimization, and performance tuning at scale.
• Hands-on experience with dbt in a production environment.
• Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated use of statistical methods in a business context.
• Strong data visualization skills with the ability to make complex data accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Ability to shape how the business thinks, not just answer questions.
• Experience using regression, cohort analysis, A/B test interpretation, and causal inference techniques.
• Ability to surface trends, risks, or opportunities the business was not yet asking about.
• Demonstrated experience in using AI for analytical work.
• Proven experience developing ongoing analytical partnerships with non-technical business partners.
• Experience building dbt models that are still running in production.
• Experience with OMNI or a comparable semantic-layer BI tool.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data structures and GTM reporting.
• Exposure to Python or R for analytical work beyond SQL.
• Experience working in a lean, fast-moving analytics function.

The application deadline for this role is 08/12/2026; applicants will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the role is filled. The base salary range for this role is $107,000 - $150,000, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits.
