Window Installation Subcontractor Kingsport, TN Qualifications 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors Valid driver’s license and an enclosed trailer or truck, cargo van, or box truck with a metal brake and tools for installing windows and doors Experience using a metal brake Fully insured, with proof of liability, auto and workers’ compensation insurance EPA/Lead certification High degree of organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits Average pay for a 2-3 person crew: $250,000-$300,000 per year*, paid weekly Year‑round work – no weekend work Job materials and dumpsters are provided at no cost Devoted managers assist with smooth project completion *Pay varies based on volume and work completed.
