Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and accounting needs of our company. This position will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting timely payments and collections, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Responsibilities: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintaining accurate accounts receivable records Following up on outstanding balances and assisting with collection efforts Reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy Processing and issuing checks Recording and reconciling financial transactions Maintaining organized accounting records and supporting documentation Assisting with other day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications: • Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks is beneficial • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
