Dental Hygienist – Citrus Falls Dental Care Part‑time Dental Hygienist position with Citrus Falls Dental Care. Hours Needed: Monday‑Tuesday 7:45‑5:00pm. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Louisiana. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience 2‑3 years of clinical experience. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Physical & Other Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions and must be completed prior to starting employment (not applicable in the state of FL & TN). Health & Safety All new hires are required to complete a TB test as part of the pre‑employment process.
