Typing Estimates
Typing, Computer Experience, and Excel a must.
Quick books knowledge a plus!
Dispatch/Scheduling Appointments
General Office Duties
Excellent Customer Service a must.
Ability to multitask
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Daily Post Office
Daily Banking
Daily Errands

We are a fast - paced Heating and Air Conditioning office and are seeking highly skilled office personnel.

Must have excellent Customer Service experience.

Communicate effectively with customers, installation crew and service team with scheduling.

Efficiently plan and dispatching of customer needs.

Maintain accurate and efficient data.

Hourly wage will depend upon experience.
