Remodeling Sales Professional Location: Austin, Texas & Surrounding Areas Blue Diamond Design Build seeks an experienced Remodeling Sales Professional to join our growing team. This is not a retail sales position. We look for a driven individual who can build trust with homeowners, identify project opportunities, develop solutions, and guide clients through the remodeling process from concept to contract. Our company provides design-build services throughout Central Texas, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home remodels, outdoor living spaces, custom millwork, countertops, and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and prospective clients Conduct project consultations and site visits Identify client goals, needs, and budgets Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams Present proposals and construction agreements Follow up on leads and maintain client communication Build referral relationships with realtors, designers, and industry partners Maintain an organized sales pipeline Represent Blue Diamond Design Build professionally in the community Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience Construction or remodeling experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic understanding of construction plans and scopes is a plus Compensation Blue Diamond Design Build offers an onboarding draw during the first eight weeks and thereafter a full commission structure. Draw provided during onboarding and training period Company-generated leads available Ongoing support from estimating, design, and production teams After the eight-week ramp-up period, compensation transitions to full commission Income Potential First Year Potential: $80,000 - $150,000+ Top Performers: $150,000 - $250,000+ There is no cap on earnings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Diamond Design & Build
