Billing Specialist

UB Greensfelder LLP has a full-time opening for a Billing Specialist in our Accounting/Finance Department working in our St. Louis office. This position will be responsible for processing client billings and e-billings, insurance billing and conformity, conducting frequent follow-up of bill status to ensure timely issuance and collection, resolving internal and external client billing inquiries, addressing payment inquiries and assisting with client collection. The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• 3+ years' billing experience is needed.
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Experience with a time and billing software and e-billing software sites is preferred.
