About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its hospitals. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and empowered leader, ready to take on a transformative role that combines professional excellence with a deep sense of connection to the community. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the hospital's operations are in line with the company's mission, leading the team to surpass objectives, and maintaining a culture of inclusivity and diversity. This role requires a leader who can make a substantial impact, from small achievements to significant outcomes, and who is dedicated to the warm and welcoming environment of the healthcare community. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree is acceptable. A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the healthcare industry, including 2-3 years in a senior management role, is required. The successful candidate will be adept at overseeing hospital operations, budget development, marketing for growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands a leader who can inspire and celebrate the achievements of their team, while also being prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
