About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to provide strategic and operational leadership over revenue cycle operations and managed care strategy. This executive will be responsible for driving the modernization and transformation of the revenue function, ensuring high-performing operations across various areas, and advancing the organization's revenue strategy. The CRO will be a key partner in connecting disparate functions, developing a unified strategy, and evaluating and deploying new technologies to improve revenue cycle processes. The role demands a data-driven, collaborative leader with a strong executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust and alignment across a complex organization. The successful candidate for the CRO position at the company will inherit a stable and experienced leadership team and will be tasked with establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics that align with the broader strategic and financial plan. This is a pivotal role in a highly respected, independent nonprofit health system, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the context of an increasingly complex reimbursement environment. The CRO will work closely with IT, compliance, and clinical leaders to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of new tools and technologies.
