About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Weekend Shift Position in its Public Sector Lockbox business. This role is pivotal in managing a 24/7 operational unit that provides essential services to government clients, including mailroom, batching, scanning, dispatch, and data entry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 25+ staff members, ensuring the highest standards of client service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing daily production activities, setting and reviewing performance goals, and ensuring all client SLAs are met. The role also involves driving value for clients, championing progress, and living the company's values. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience, with a preference for those with a background in lockbox operations, and must be adept at managing a diverse team in a fast-paced, changing environment. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a BS/BA preferred, or equivalent work experience. A background in customer service and multi-shift experience is also preferred. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated history of effective management and career development skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence. The candidate must be detail-oriented, have solid time management and organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office is essential, and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The position demands a flexible schedule to accommodate 24/7 management coverage needs and off-shift meetings, and the candidate must be willing to work most holidays and weekends.
