Our culture in Fraud Strategy is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.Job Responsibilities- Manage check deposit fraud losses by developing, implementing, and optimizing strategies that balance fraud losses and operating expenses while minimizing customer friction. - Partner with Consumer and Business Banking, Operations, Technology, and Product teams to deliver best-in-class fraud prevention capabilities that protect customers and the firm. - Leverage data-promoten insights, experimentation, and performance monitoring to quantify trade-offs, identify emerging fraud trends, and continuously improve prevention strategies. - Use strong storytelling and communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that promote alignment and decision-making across stakeholders.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree7+ years of professional experience related to strategic analytics, risk management, or data scienceStrong knowledge of programming language like SAS, SQLStrong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data to monitor and uncover behaviors and trends in fraudulent activityStrong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Proficient in Excel & PowerPointExcellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesProven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships.Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quicklyHigh degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressurePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsPrior experience working in Fraud risk, especially Check FraudPassion for problem solvingTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
