Vice President-Card Pricing Product Manager

Help shape how disclosed credit card terms are managed across customer accounts—partnering with cross-functional teams to build and refine pricing capabilities that elevate the customer experience and advance strategic business priorities within Card Services’ Marketing, Growth & Innovation.As a Product Manager in Card Pricing, you are accountable for delivering across the full product lifecycle and responsible for leading and executing on key initiatives. This will be achieved by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements, defining the requirements in partnership with software engineers and other functional teams, and then driving them through build, test, and deployment. This individual will also help direct the product’s backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment. Job ResponsibilitiesPartner across various teams in the Card and Connected Commerce organizations to drive an understanding of problem statements, use cases, and business requirements Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to get deep into customer journeys and product impacts, as well as manage competing prioritiesManage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneouslyPartner and collaborate across functional teams (e.g., product, tech, data, and design) for successful and timely project execution Provide managerial oversight and support to other product team membersCommunicate (both verbal and written) technical and non-technical updates to executives via decks and reports Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customerPartner across product and technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindsetRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s Degree required8+ years of product work experience in product development or related fieldDemonstrated ability to collaborate with functional areas to drive successful and timely project executionProven ability to operate within Agile methodologyExpertise in agile processes and principles; experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud, big data, microservices, APIs, etc.Experience influencing others, directly or indirectly, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environmentDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)Experience in fintech or financial services industryApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
