Senior Associate Product Manager - Card Shopping Experiences

You’ll turn strategy into clear requirements, coordinated delivery, and measurable outcomes.As a Senior Associate Product Manager within Card Acquisition Product, you will own defined product workstreams that advance the modernization and ongoing delivery of Chase's Card Shopping experiences. You will translate product strategy into clear requirements, executable user stories, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes in close partnership with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong product discipline, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations. You will drive customer-facing capabilities from discovery through delivery by managing backlog readiness, clarifying scope, coordinating testing and launch readiness, and monitoring performance after release. If you are energized by solving customer problems, bringing structure to complex work, and driving high-quality digital experiences at scale, this role offers the opportunity to own meaningful outcomes within one of Chase's most important acquisition channels.Job responsibilitiesOwn execution of defined product workstreams by translating product priorities into actionable delivery plans for card shopping experiencesDrive discovery for assigned initiatives by synthesizing customer insights, market context, data inputs, and stakeholder feedback into clear recommendationsCoordinate day-to-day work across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver customer-facing capabilities and enhancementsTranslate epics and requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentationManage backlog readiness for assigned initiatives, including story quality, prioritization inputs, dependencies, status accuracy, and readiness for agile ceremoniesDrive sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking to support clear and timely executionIdentify blockers, risks, dependencies, and scope changes, and drive resolution with stakeholders to protect timelines and outcomesValidate functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria; document defects, support triage, and track resolution through release readinessAnalyze product performance, customer behavior, test results, and operational feedback to identify optimization opportunitiesCreate stakeholder updates, status summaries, release notes, and product artifacts that communicate progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes clearlyApply a risk and controls mindset by ensuring work aligns with applicable business, compliance, and operational requirementsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3 years of experience in product management, digital product development, business analysis, agile delivery, or a related fieldExperience owning product lifecycle activities for assigned initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, delivery, testing, launch, and optimizationAbility to translate business needs and customer insights into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentationWorking knowledge of agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and release readinessAbility to use data and customer insights to shape recommendations and drive decisionsAbility to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining requirements, decisions, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Design, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and OperationsDemonstrated ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and drive alignment across matrixed teamsAbility to prioritize work with a customer-focused approach and measurable outcomesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience owning workstreams within digital transformation, modernization, or customer experience initiativesExperience with web or mobile experiences, preferably in financial services, card acquisition, or digital commerce environmentsFamiliarity with agile delivery and documentation tools (for example, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, or SharePoint)Understanding of experimentation, personalization, customer journey optimization, and data-driven decision makingExperience supporting go-to-market planning, production validation, issue triage, and post-launch performance monitoringApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
