Our patient population includes active professionals, athletes, and older adults striving to regain their mobility and functional independence. As part of our team, you will tailor treatment approaches that resonate with patients' personal goals and lifestyles while addressing their physical impairments.QualificationsPossession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards.Proven competency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise programming.Experience using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure precise documentation.A foundational understanding of the latest physical therapy methodologies backed by research evidence.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is strongly preferred.Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs for post-operative patients.Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
