Dispatch Administrator

We currently have an opening within a dispatch team. We are looking for someone who is hard working, has a positive and energetic attitude, is a team player, and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks.  Reviews emails, on an ongoing basis, for new service requests.

• Creates work orders for all service requests received via email or telephone.
• Must be provicient in Excel.

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for:

-Creating monthly schedules for techs

-Creating adjustments on an ongoing basis

-Communicating with customers any changes

-Documenting completion of audits in a timely basis
