Proposal Specialist

Job Title: Proposal Specialist Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $60,000-$65,000/year, depending on experience Hours: Day shift Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire Job Description Manage RFQs, RFPs, and customer proposals from initial request through final submission. Review customer specifications and determine project scope. Develop pricing, cost estimates, and commercial proposals that support profitability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and operational information. Ensure proposals meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Lead internal proposal reviews and maintain accurate documentation. Track proposal metrics and recommend process improvements. Support strategic bids and collaborate with business development on key opportunities. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, estimating, pricing, manufacturing, contract packaging, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments. Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and pricing. Experience working in a regulated industry (FDA, cGMP, ISO, or similar) is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
