This role is a strong fit for someone with a people‑first personality, strong customer service skills, and the drive to learn a new industry. You do not need years of office experience to be considered. If you have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, front desk work, food service, or sales, your people skills will transfer well into this role. We are looking for the grit and personality that comes from high‑volume customer service—we will train you on the professional office details! You will help staff a showroom, talk with potential customers, support scheduling, track leads, and help keep the office moving. Description for Inside Sales Coordinator: Showroom Engagement: Staff a showroom to actively engage visitors, promote company services, and generate high‑quality leads. Consultative Conversations: Confidently start conversations and educate potential customers on projects and service options. Operational Support: Manage daily scheduling for site crews, leads, and internal staff. Administrative Coordination: Support office operations including filing, data entry, inventory tracking, and team communication. Community Outreach: Attend community events, networking opportunities, and pop‑up promotions. Lead Tracking: Consistently generate and track new leads with potential customers. Travel: Must be willing and able to drive to Olympia approximately 20% of the time for specific shifts/events. Details for Inside Sales Coordinator: Pay: $22 per hour + $100 bonus for each lead that turns into a job! Schedule: Dynamic Showroom & Events Schedule (Monday – Sunday availability). Weekend Requirement: Weekends are required due to peak showroom and customer traffic (this is where the biggest earning potential happens). Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM availability (30–40 hours per week). Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator: Communication: Strong customer service and communication skills. Personality: Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching strangers to start conversations. Tech Skills: Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Background: Sales, outreach, customer service, or lead‑generation experience is preferred. Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel as needed.
