Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist

LaBella Associates is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in designated divisions. The role is hybrid and based out of our Rochester, NY office. You will create job ads, review resumes, contact candidates, and collaborate with HRBPs and Division Directors to prioritize hiring needs.
