As an Executive Recruiter, you won't just fill positions—you’ll directly shape Robinhood’s trajectory by attracting, engaging, and landing the visionary leaders who build our business! You will lead high-impact executive searches across a range of functions, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into thoughtful talent strategies. You will also build long-term relationships with executive talent, develop market intelligence, and create pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future leadership and succession priorities. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
