Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care facility. Responsibilities Deliver person-centered clinical care to residents. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Educate residents and families about health and care plans. Maintain precise documentation and uphold regulatory and safety standards. Model dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Mentor CNAs and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure. Compassionate, patient-centered approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of clinical best practices and safety standards.
