About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to spearhead the strategic vision, development, and execution of AI and ML initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the company's AI and ML strategy with business goals, leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, and driving innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation technologies. This role demands a visionary leader with a deep technical background, business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Key responsibilities also include overseeing the architecture of scalable machine learning systems, ensuring ethical AI practices, and managing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for AI/ML projects. Applicants for the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning position at the company should hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at scale, strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and big data technologies, as well as experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, and be up to date on current AI trends. Preferred qualifications include published research or contributions to AI/ML communities and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.
