Job Title Management Analyst V - Business Analyst Location Falls Church, Virginia, United States Responsibilities Support the EOIR Administration organization by identifying business challenges, analyzing operational processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance. Required Technical Skills Cross-functional process mapping (As-Is & To-Be) Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements Developing performance metrics Report design Business case development Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement Analysis of alternatives Process auditing and control assessment Root cause analysis Education & Experience Bachelor's degree. Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance. Proficiency in Visio, Excel Functions, SharePoint, and Power BI. Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation, including 50 State Education and Employment checks; additional Credit and/or Driving Records checks may be conducted if required by contract. US citizenship and ability to obtain an MRPT clearance.
