Marketing Operations Manager

An organization is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to lead marketing execution, process improvement, and technology initiatives across a multi-channel marketing team. This role will oversee marketing operations, project prioritization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration while helping drive scalable solutions that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead marketing operations, project execution, and resource planning to support business and organizational growth. Optimize marketing technologies, vendor partnerships, and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, manage change, and enhance the overall user experience. Develop reporting, analytics, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making. Streamline workflows, establish best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Evaluate emerging technologies and innovative solutions, including AI and automation, to strengthen marketing capabilities and drive business impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or growth marketing. Leadership experience managing projects, processes, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing platforms; HubSpot experience preferred. Strong understanding of project management, operational excellence, and process improvement.
