An immediate opportunity is available for a dedicated IRR (Interrelated Resource) Teacher to work onsite, providing specialized support to students for the full academic year through the end of May 2027.

In this position, you will work closely with a caseload of 15–18 students, designing and delivering individualized instruction while collaborating with general education staff. Your ability to implement IEPs with attention to detail, maintain effective documentation, and foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere will be crucial for student success.

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Active GaPSC Certification or equivalent Georgia General SPED Certification
• Prior experience in school-based special education settings
• Skills in classroom management and student engagement
• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams of educators and support staff
• Commitment to full-time, onsite availability (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
• Dependable transportation for consistent attendance

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized and small group instruction in accordance with student IEPs
• Partnering with general education teachers to adapt and modify curriculum
• Participating in IEP meetings and communicating effectively with families
• Keeping thorough and timely documentation of student progress and supports
• Promoting a positive, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment
